Darcy Schroeder is a seasoned communications professional with more than 20 years of experience in public relations and media. As a former news reporter, her quick wit and a passion for telling a story have helped her work with numerous entities in various sectors including energy, technology, hospitality, food and beverage, and legal. In her spare time, Darcy has found writing fiction to be her ultimate great escape. Primarily writing romance, mystery and YA sci-fi (lite). Stay…Forever is Darcy’s debut novel about love, forgiveness, and most importantly, family.
Darcy is a graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Journalism and Political Science. She believes in being an active part of the community and currently serves on numerous boards for non-profits that promote health and the arts, both of which she truly believes help make a person whole. Darcy and her husband, Sheldon, are the proud parents of three boys, Jackson, Cole, and Reese…as well as their two demanding dogs, Ava and Tyson.
